“Exploring Main Street” community planning project

In August, The Borough of Bradley Beach conducted two community visioning sessions (August 2 and August 15) regarding Main Street. These sessions were designed and led by 4Ward Planning, a professional planning company specializing in real estate and economic analysis for sustainable land use. 4Ward Planning conducted these sessions pro-bono, as part of the Community Planning Assistance Program sponsored by the New Jersey chapter of the American Planning Association.  Bradley Beach was selected for participation in the CPAP as the result of a grant application submitted by Borough Administrator Gail O’Reilly. To view the slide presentations from the two sessions, click here (August 2, session 1) and here (August 15, session 2). A final report from 4Ward Planning is expected shortly and will be posted here as well.
