BRADLEY BEACH JUNIOR GUARDS
Dear Junior Guard,
Please complete a registration form for the Bradley Beach Junior Lifeguard Training Program Click here. The goal of this program is to promote water and beach safety, work together as a team, encourage good health and fitness, develop a respect for the ocean and beach, train for future lifeguarding and to have fun, The cost will be $125.00 for the first child and $110.00 for each additional child. This will include Lifeguard Board Shorts, a quality junior guard T-shirt, USLA membership, and entrance fees into the regional competition at Sea Girt and tournaments in Manasquan, Spring Lake, Long Branch, Belmar, and Ocean Grove.
Neither the town nor the lifeguards make any money on this program. The registration fees are used to cover the cost of USLA membership, which is now required to compete in the regional tournament, and the entrance fees of the other tournaments. A simple reminder: NO ONE WILL RECEIVE A TOURNAMENT T-SHIRT UNLESS THEY COMPETE IN THAT TOURNAMENT.
The program will begin on Wednesday June 27, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. at the Second Ave. beach. We will meet every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:30 a.m. through the end of July. You will not receive any other reminders so please remember the above starting dates.
Please fill out the enclosed registration form along with the JRWAVIER Form and return as soon as possible with your check for $125.00 payable to Bradley Beach Junior Lifeguards. Please measure your child’s waist size carefully. The size shorts and shirts you order are what you get!! Please mail your forms as soon as possible to:�
