• Your permit number
• The address of the inspection
• A contact telephone number and a first name
• Type of inspection requested- Example- Final-Trench-Building Rough- Electric Service etc.

No inspection will be scheduled without the above information. Sorry no exceptions.

Your inspection date and approximate time will be confirmed by phone with the contact person.
