Monmouth County Health Department Vaccination Program
NJ American Water has instituted mandatory water use restrictions
New Jersey American Water has issued mandatory water restrictions for its customers in Monmouth County. Until future notice, residents are urged to discontinue outdoor water use such as lawn watering and car washing, and nonessential indoor water use. A spell of high temperatures and a lack of precipitation has resulted in higher than normal water demand in Monmouth County. For more information, the company has water saving tips available on newjerseyamwater.com or at www.twitter.com/njamwater.

DISPATCH SHARED SERVICE STUDY NOW COMPLETE, AND AVAILABLE TO PUBLIC
The Dispatch Shared Service Study begun last fall, under a SHARE grant from the state, is now complete, and concludes that consolidation of dispatch services would save area towns a great deal of money, while also freeing up police officers to spend more time on the road, patrolling.
